Let your loved ones know you are thinking about them while they are visiting the hospital by sending an E-Mail Get Well card. This FREE service is available for any inpatient currently at Tift Regional Medical Center.

IMPORTANT:
When you are filling out the form below, make sure to include the patient's first and last name so our volunteers can make sure your Get Well Card is delivered to the right individual. Cards will be delivered Monday-Friday at noon.
Those Get Well Cards that are completed after 12:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day and those sent on the weekend will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note: The content of your Get Well message is not confidential and will be seen by members of our Auxiliary.
