FreshStart, available at Tift Regional Medical Center, is the American Cancer Society's quit smoking program. It consists of four one-hour sessions held during a two-week period. The program, administered by TRMC respiratory care professionals, is designed for adult smokers who want to quit. All of the methods and activities contain the most effective elements for success.
